Text Animator receives an Epic MegaGrant and is out in Early Access!

We are excited to share that Text Animator for Unreal has received an Epic MegaGrant and is also releasing in Early Access!

What is an Epic MegaGrant?

Quoting their website:

Epic MegaGrants are investments Epic Games makes to sponsor the development of exciting projects that may not otherwise have enough funding to fully realize. They’re specifically meant for smaller teams, solo developers, and innovators who are using our technology to bring bold, challenging, and insanely creative dreams to life. 

This is an exciting opportunity for us, as it means that we are able to keep developing the tool for a bit, improve it based on your feedback(s) and then release Text Animator for Unreal to the stores in the near future, too. Read more on Epic's blog post.

How to join Early Access for Text Animator for Unreal

To make sure the tool meets our standards (after 6 years of feedbacks on Unity, and a recent 3.X launch), we are gradually enrolling the Early Access to selected studios privately. This will allow us to polish the last parts that specific to Unreal projects and workflows, and then release it to everyone.

If you are working on an Unreal project and want to bring your texts to life, we’d love to hear from you. Text Animator for Unreal also includes improved text rendering, by the way!
